Ik ben Leo Wieling, een gepassioneerd (amateur)fotograaf uit Apeldoorn. Al mijn hele leven heb ik iets met beeld, maar pas later ben ik écht serieus begonnen met fotograferen. Ik heb mezelf veel aangeleerd en leer elke dag wel weer iets nieuws via YouTube, vakbladen, het werk van andere fotografen, workshops en vooral... gewoon door te doen!

Mijn liefde voor fotografie is breed. Ik fotografeer graag natuur en mensen, maar ik sta altijd open om nieuwe stijlen en technieken te ontdekken. Voor mij is fotografie een mix van creativiteit, techniek en het moment pakken zoals het écht is.

​

Ik werk met een Sony A7 III full-frame systeemcamera en gebruik verschillende lenzen, zoals de Sony 24-105mm, Sony 55mm f/1.8 en Sigma 150-600mm f/5-6.3. Voor de nabewerking haal ik het maximale uit mijn beelden met Adobe Lightroom.

My name is Leo Wieling, a passionate (amateur) photographer based in Apeldoorn, Netherlands. I've always had a fascination with visual storytelling, but it wasn’t until later in life that I truly started taking photography seriously. I’m mostly self-taught and continuously learning something new every day through YouTube, photography magazines, the work of other photographers, workshops, and most importantly.....

by simply doing it!

My love for photography is diverse. I enjoy capturing nature and people, but I’m always open to exploring new styles and techniques.

For me, photography is a mix of creativity, technical skills, and capturing the essence of the moment as it really is.

I shoot with a Sony A7 III full-frame system camera and use various lenses, including the Sony 24-105mm, Sony 55mm f/1.8, and Sigma 150-600mm f/5-6.3. For post-processing, I use Adobe Lightroom to bring out the best in my images.
